He has been working as spine surgeon in South Rajasthan for last 18 years and performed more than 8000 surgeries. Shriram Spine Hospital (SSH) is the first NABH certified Spine hospital in South Rajasthan. He is the first and only surgeon to have O arm Navigation system. SSH is the first center to have Spine Surgery Suite. Dr Pamecha started Kubja charitable trust in 2014 to help children with Scoliosis/Kyphosis. More than 150 children have been operated FREE of cost. He is a proud and active member of many societies.
